Different Recipes Of Paneer

If you want to have paneer in breakfast, then you can have it as a salad or a tortilla roll.

Paneer Salad

You can chop some carrots, boiled broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, some slices of onion, cabbage for garnishing, chopped paneer, one spoon of mayonnaise sauce, and salt and pepper. In this bowl of salad, you can add your choice of any vegetables.

Paneer Tortilla Roll

To make this tortilla roll prepare:-

One chopped onion,

One chopped tomato

10–12 curry leaves

One bay leaf

Green chili as per your taste

Grated paneer

Heat a pan and add two tablespoon oil. Add half spoon cumin seeds, curry leaves, and bay leaf. Add onion and leave it until it turns red, ad tomatoes, green chili, and spices.

Slices:- half spoon turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder.

Now add paneer and cook for some time. Now take one tortilla, put our paneer masala on it, and spread it. Now add some fresh tomato, catch up on it and roll it. It’s ready to eat.

For Lunch Or Dinner:-

When we are making most of the paneer, sabzi or curry gravy is very important. The recipe for the common dressing is:-

Two cups of chopped tomatoes

One cup of chopped onion

One green chili

Half piece of ginger

For to five garlic cloves

One cardamom

One piece of cinnamon

Two-three clove

A spoon of garam masala

There are two ways to make gravy. First, you can heat a pan and put some oil and shallow fry all the ingredients, or you can mash all the ingredients in a mixture and make a gravy.

When you shallow fry and make gravy, it gives a different flavor to your dressing.

With this gravy, you can make paneer makhani, palak paneer, paneer butter masala, paneer handi, paneer capsicum, etc.

Paneer Capsicum:

To make paneer capsicum chop some big slices of capsicum and one onion. Heat a pan, add some oil, and shallow fry the capsicum and onion. Now keep it aside. Heat a pan other side, add some oil, add our gravy to the pan, and fry it till the typical fragrance goes away. Now add all spices like garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder. Let it cook. Now add our shallow fried capsicum and onion along with chopped pieces of paneer. Let it cook for some time, and it is ready to eat. Garnish with an int leaf or saffron or grated paneer.

Palak Paneer:

For palak paneer, you have to follow the same steps. The only difference is you have to add mashed palak instead of capsicum onion. And you have to cook the gravy along with palak gravy for some time and add paneer and again cook for some time. Garnish the same way.
